Balance issues aside, the primary way in which CO's PvP fell short was in itemization: most items, and the entire crafting system, were unavailable to players who didn't also do PvE. How will this be handled in STO? Also, if the solution to that is to simply add the items to stores, are there any plans to balance those versus occasional PvE players who can head to fleet actions/etc. "early" and get more advanced gear?
