I had no problems logging on a few days ago and have been playing. Then two days ago I started getting a message "You are not allowed access to this server at this time" message.

I haven't been able to get on since. Makes no sense.

Anyone know why? Have filled out two tickets with support, but NO responses.

Help would be nice.
