This is no longer Beta. Im sorry but are you saying that its alright for people to pay money or buy a product and then when it doesnt work, they should just suck it up? WTF? I work in retail as well and I get hundreds of customers who wont hesitate to complain if they buy something and it has the slightest defect to it, so i for one wont accept it when something I pay for doesnt work.
