Im not a fanboi (or better spelt fanboy) of cryptic. To be honest, I didn't even know who they were until I ordered the game and came here. I wll however defend developers, testers and DBA's (etc) because their jobs are often discussed as if they were easy jobs.

"But wait.. testers have it easy?"
- Yeah.. the bad ones...
