They need to make a few serious changes.
The idea of flanking doing more damage on ranged doesn't make sense to me.
Flanking should only count for melee. A melee person is there to shove the weapon where it hurts.
Moving through a melee user's zone of control should incur an automatic opportunity attack.
Getting hit from behind with melee should incur an automatic snare.
Melee users should be immune to palm strike and rifle butt.
Ranged users should incur a major accuracy penalty when in melee range.
Moving should incur a major accuracy penalty to ranged.
