I pre-ordered the game back in December from Amazon U.S. I just looked at my Amazon account page and there it says "Shipping soon – delivery estimate: February 8, 2010 – February 10, 2010."

Rekhan just confirmed though that we can only continue playing without the in-box retail key up till February 6:

He also says that
“If you purchased the game and still haven't received your box after the grace period ends, contact support and they should be able to help you out.”

I went to the support page and tried to submit a ticket; however, it doesn’t work (no reaction from the page if you hit the buttons to create a ticket).

I really hope that Cryptic is going to give us a few more days to play without the retail key!

I used “Standard Shipping” – don’t think we should be forced to pay additional for expedited shipping to be able to play the game without interruption… And in any case it’s not possible to change the delivery method anymore now, as it’s already “being prepared.”
