It SHOULD be effective and hit multiple targets.

Right now it just fires a salvo in the general direction and if you are unlucky only one hits something random.


It is incredibly hard to even hit a minefield with it.

It sucks, just like Beam Fire At Will or Beam Overload.
I notice a pattern, except High Yield every Ensign Tactical ability is rather poor.
