Personally I liked the game card lottery and card game.. I played it from time to time..

as long as the loot isn't overpowered and game breaking, i see no issue.. unique items only available via certain routes encourage people to play those aspects of the game.. like tribble breeding for example.. why would i breed them if i could just buy the better ones from a vendor?
