Now, while I agree with this in principal, please consider:

Currently, I kick the stuffing out of any PvE content with my under-geared T3 Cruiser. If I have more turn rate, it will make things even easier.

I'm not sure how easy things are for experienced Escort and Science captains, but if it is anything like mine, then piloting a slow hunk of junk is the only thing close to a challenge that I can get now. Please don't gimp my game down to an even easier mode, I still want to remain conscious while I play.
