Here is an example of what Blizz did for us just because of downtimes. Very few mainstream quests were broken and that game had TONS more content for less money. 5 YEARS AGO!!!!!

You are comparing Blizzard, a Goliath of an entertainment company that had a multitude of highly successful games before they attempted an MMO, with Cryptic, a small company that has developed a grand total of 3 games including the one you are now playing. And don't tell us that you had no idea that the game was in the condition its in. They released on date what they had made because they cant afford a push back. If that bothers you, cancel and come back in a year, or not at all. Either way you will not be missed.

But I encourage you, really I do, to go and consult a lawyer about your chances. I find that experience first hand is the best way to learn.
