I browse the forums while at work. I'm at work right now. Aside from making 'net videos with ThatGuyWithTheGlasses.com, my "real" job is over-the-phone technical support for home phone, TV, and Internet service.

I'm currently busy transferring a customer who somehow managed to get to the wrong department. But this other department has THE worst over-the-phone menu I've ever had to navigate through.

UPDATE (since there's been no post after this one yet): Finally got through this horrific menu. The hold time for this department is 35 minutes. Customer is willing to wait along with me. Fine with me, I won't have to take another call for a while.
