That's how every company with IT/engineering/programming staff do it, in every market and industry, that have a clue.
Your bank.
Your baker.
Your butcher.
Your hospital.
Your police department.
Your entertainment industries.
Your local, state, and Federal government (probably not military).
It's interesting how this simple reality is so shocking to so many people. Why would it be expected that IT/technical staff have to work somehow more than everyone else in society, on par with police officers, firefighters, and military staff?
