Though I thoroughly enjoy STO; you are right in the fact that it is not the Devs fault. I find it very obvious that this was not their intention, releasing a game that is incomplete in several areas.

My suggestion, if I could make one, is unsub for now and try it again in two to three months. Personally, I have a lifetime subscription and an RA5 Character. I am 100% happy with my purchase.
