If this type of issue can arise, then they need a "specialist" on staff that can rectify the situation. In Customer Service, you don't ignore an issue because you're incapable of fixing it - you escalate it to someone that can.

I would try deleting the fleet and make it new, maybe the GM will give you back the banktabs you allready bought.
And re-invite all 200+ members, and their alts, and reset all permissions and ranks, and get every member promoted to the proper rank...
