He's saying that he's not happy with the current quality of the game and that he's choosing to spend his money on other games and not this one.
You're right it is a choice but it's based on the quality of the game. Who cares if this thread gets locked.
He's not saying anything that a lot of people have been thinking. He's not happy and would rather spend his money on other games. Maybe Cryptic will read his post and take notice that a lot of people are either canceling their accounts or thinking of canceling their accounts. The real problem, and this is not limited to Cryptic, is the
no one care about the customer or supporting the customer. I'm guessing the reason for this is they're simply overwhelmed by the number of support tickets and issues that are being found.
Most software companies run under-staffed because they can get away with it.
I could tell you horror stories I've been involved with. This is nothing compared what I've seen but it's all relative.
