My point of view is this. I have spent a lot of money on STO, I continue to spend a lot of money on STO, and should Cryptic decide to reward me then that is between Cryptic and me. I do not feel that is necessary, I saw value in what I purchased and do not expect nor do I ask for anything further. As Cryptic is its own entity it is free to decide to reward or not reward customer based upon whatever criteria they may deem acceptable. I feel that it is neither my place nor duty to justify a decision Cryptic may or may not make in the future and I think it is petty for you to ask me to do so.

I wasn't offended, just saddened that you chose to go down that route. I don't see how it was petty to ask this...

There is no way to ask that nicely but it was a genuine question to those that are asking for more perks like a permanent discount. You don't appear to fall into that category but you took it upon yourself to look at what I said only as being petty and reply even when it wasn't addressing you, or anyone, personally. To that end I'm still hoping someone can help me see it from their point of view.
