I wouldn't be suprised if they were left out of the loop. It seems the C-Store and QA teams have fairly poor communications between each other.

I can think of countless times I (as part of a QA team) was blamed for an issue that was brought to a higher-up's attention before going live, or was given a green-light before we even *knew* about it.

I doubt they knew about it, as a very simple UI and purchase verification pass would've found a bug as simple and basic as this.

Either that or Cryptic really is reducing the number of QA personnel since they have us - the end users - to test and bug issues. Doesn't seem to stop us from buying more C-Store stuff anyways... :/
