i was talking not about the normal uniform, but about the color that is shown on armors...

ive spoke an option to let it be shown in interiors too...
you might have mentioned they are never shown there,
doesnt matter if the actual option is on show or hide...

Kits are specific to the type of kit they are and you will notice that kits, as they get higher in mark, get larger and more complex. In a way, this is a rank-specific kit visual as Lieutenants can not wear Admiral kits. this is meant to be a tailor-option for BOs...

that is already implemented...
second thing i would at least like to see are some implant options...
not to remove them, but to have a choice of a few...

Sure, why not. Except an NPC shouldn't be the go-to location for altering it. Just a console or something on the bridge or the captain's quarters would suffice.
minding that the tailor is the spot to customize the BOs
an additional npc there would be the right spot...
why set up a second spot you have to go to?
