It has ALWAYS BOTHERED ME since going to Quark's that HE WAS NOT THERE! That was one of the funniest running gags of DS9!!! WHERE IS MORN, DAMNIT?????????
On a gameplay note, he should be able to give you more uses for Gold-Pressed Latinum other than paying off the Breen or buying worthless photonic ships.
