Depends on the fleets, I know ADF has a very strict policy of no dual fleeting. Its a security thing, as we are active in multiple conflicts, with people that like to play in and out of the game. We keep our conflicts in game so as to retain a sense of security for its members.

But with dual fleeting, no one knows where your loyalties are and if you are actually going to stand or fail with them.
