I think the 12th fleet is just what you're looking for. We're a very large fleet with over 200 active members and a total of 400 members. We regularly organize STF runs in the fleet and we even have a channel spefically dedicated to setting these up.

We also have a big pvp community and 2 divisions that specialize in this. On top of that we also cater to a lot of other gameplay such as RP but also a lot of fun activities outside the game like our fleet magazine and writing stories about the game.
