I perfer to not wage war at all, but if we are going to do it then we should DO it.
American Indians don't "fight again" because they can have their basic needs provided for on the reservation. those who leave the Rez for better jobs don't have any reason to return.
in terms of history, it wasn't the broken treaties or the underhanded tactics that broke the Indians, it was small pox (it killed about 90% of the Indian population).
