In later edits I decided having the PADD animation looked better so I switched it to PADD and republished.
Now the first objective animates with the PADD, but 2 through 6 animate with Wrench still.

I'm experiencing this as well. But, only my first animation shows up. The toon just stands there doing nothing while interacting with the other objects.
