Since I'm unable to find a spot for this I'm hoping this is a good place for it.

Recently a friend of mine in game had a small billing issue that wasn't drastic but occurred over the weekend so support was limited. While we tried to help some things came to light that would be nice to see. Currently on our accounts, we have no way to look at transaction history so we could see if something has occurred with our accounts, that would affect it. We also have no way of knowing if our account has failed to "reup" if you will for whatever reason because we get no notice from Cryptic. Both of these would be great for us to "self serve" some of the minor account issues that occur and I'd hope you'd consider them.
