I'm having trouble "Talking to the prisoners" on the abandoned level. I got the ones at the beginning to talk to me, talked to the orion in the tube, but then couldn't find the next slave contact. There was a helpful circle on the map, but nothing to interact with there, just an empty cage.

What am I doing wrong?
