Maybe we have different definitions of grinding, BTW, but grinding is killing mobs one at a time for skillpoint gains.

It would be physically impossible to level quickly through grinding. You can get maybe 15 skillpoints a minute at VA.

People leveling faster than that are doing something BESIDES grinding.
