Skills in the first tier cannot be changed, as I've already spent them before really knowing what I was doing. As such, I had to use some later points to max out engineering training.

Drop Tetryon, don't get both doctor and scientist. You've bought two extra Lt. skills, I'd use those to get something higher.

So, my new plan is thus:

Build

I've revised my officer abilities and thrown in a tractor beam 1, for fun. I've also removed a weapon ability and poured more points into the science abiities so that I have freedom to play with my BO skills.

I would be very grateful for any input.
This is better, but don't get doc and scientist at the same time still. Drop Sci Theory too. More in weapons efficiency will help.

I also think that both beam skills are garbage.
