Unspeced Feedback pulse is rather useless, but I've seen a coule of people in PvP that managed to make even the new FBP3 work.

Just last night I got really torn up in my Negh'var against a Sci with FPB3. I believe it was comboed with Pattern Delta. So if you do that, your build might work. But for me, seems that a fully buffed FPB3 with consoles is the way to go.
