I have the ship, and I can call the fighters whenever I want. Unfortunately they leave as soon as your enemy is destroyed. With a cooldown of 3 minutes, it´s rather inconvenient.
I´d love to see the Orion Patrol cruiser transformed into a real carrier. One bay that allows you to call either fighters or an Orion corvette. We have a science carrier and a tactical carrier, time for a cruiser carrier.
