Naw.. The damage type accolades do work, but only resisting against or damaging with the specific type.. Thus you can get the +2 Disruptor damage which is nullified when you target have the +2 disruptor resist.
Now I wonder if the faction specific bonuses work. IE NPC Fed accolade give a slight buff against player Feds in PvP.
In any case.. Youll get at best a 2% buff when both player have done the relevant accolades.
