I for one, cannot foresee all the consequences these changes might have BUT

I would be willing to try and see how it goes. As long as klingon ships also gets an overhaul to be on par, i see no problem in raising the overall power level of every T5 ships.

If it does not work then devs can always roll things back. No big deal.
