Myself and Amosov have started to use the EU proxy option (for STO and CO) which for the most part has solved most if the issues, but I just see it as a temporary fix for the underlining issue that seems to be alluding us better than Garrick under terrogation.

I've run the usual tracert and nettest for today and here are my results coming from Virginmedia (Telewest) in the UK.

I would like to know if it is possible to have the address for the proxy servers to run a traceroute, this would help to see if the connection goes via the servers another route completely.
