The Neg'var is way under powered,This is a Klingon BATTLESHIP not a cruser! this ship should at least have come with a heavy beam array or super heavy cannons! as for ships at tear 5 a modern version of the K'tinga would be fitting. Just remember Klingon ship need to hit hard we are warriors after all
