Okay, the lag I'm getting even on this website is getting worse as I write this. Hopefully the post will actually go through.

I'm a bit confused. The tracert gave truly exceptional results, while the nettest is still doing positively abismally as it has yet to complete even one port test. What's going on here? I have a cable internet connection that can download at over one megabyte per second, and instead it's doing a variably slow under one hundred kilobytes per second and lagging to death when I actually CAN get into a game. (Both Champions and Star Trek Online.)
