I used the HP for well counted one pvp match and decided they are rubbish if anyone got a brain the radiation is easily removed and anyone with sense will have a HE boff in PVP anyway even prior to the HP.

A quantum or if you are a solid pilot photons do you a world of good compared to the HP which can be hugely neutralised.
