Healing resi and Heals Stack,

a good team has constant dps and burst.

When it comes to killing it depends on the situation.Constant high dps can work to that or not, depends time to time, but without burst a kill is much harder to achieve.
In my Suggestion i would say Healing > DPS. Burst > Healing (with crits, debuffs etc.)
