I have not PVP'd with it either... BUT i like it alot within PVE, combined with a start off of sensor scramble II on the inbound, beam fire at will with Emergency power to weapons, then emergency power to aux after photonic officer and then the anti-matter spread, and the entire group is usually dead before i can take 1k damage to shields... i think its great!
