5 weeks now without direct debit, called bank, called billing suupp, nothing. nobody knoooows ... the troubles i have ...
what is this? i think its just a website scipt problem with transferring and checking adresses with special signsa like äöüß -/ and such ... please update the dams site and make the billing system more durable. you already made me miss the nova refit and now the venture refit too. and i cant sub with direct debit either. thats about 50€ loss for you. this may not be much for a single problem, but as far as i heard, there are some with this problem.
