yeah, Tricobalts and Plasma Torps were fine the way it is. They're balanced.
Tricobalts don't require a buff and have the highest potential burst damage but are also extremely slow, targetable/destructable and expensive to skill into.
Plasma Torps similarly have high damage potential but require a buff. The trade-off is that Plasma Torps enjoy the advantage of leaving a nasty plasma field, causing DoT and rendering the target ship near immobile, forcing them to use HE and is much less expensive to spec into.
If anything, these two need a buff. I'm fine with them being targetable and player killable but I think they should at least be immune to PSW, FBP, GW and maybe even EWP.
