Log onto tribble, and you can see the Fed and Klingon ships that have it.
Oh, they are Cstore only, so you'll have to buy them.
And...they're just not as great as the Hype has made them to be.
They look cool, but the damage is NOT better than any other cannons since they cap at Mk X.
Mk XI and XII cannons still do more damage.
