Well there JC that's the key.. solid .. i know wolfgang's done some thinks w chicken and Alfredo..
but you cant beat a fresh pizza w the basics...

i see the secret to chicago deep dish is layering crust dough w butter.. and rolling in letting it raise twice
out covered and in a fridge covered. so its fluffy and not heavy and dense...

always beware the friend that delivers was the old motto.. he was jealous of us having a computer party once and hide the hottest jalapeno w seeds under the olives pineapple and ham.. it was hilarious sweat.
