I've never spent a dime to obtain C-Points to this point (all my money comes at the first of the month and I'm lucky to be able to spring a few bucks to buy ZEN to transfer to C-Points sometimes). I have a balance of 174 C-Points, all via ZEN offers--and full posting privileges.
Points bought via Dilithium, IIRC, are considered Promotional Points and do not apply as C-Points in that regard.
