SNB is really the one thing above all else that makes sci enjoyable to play. You miss out on the oh-so-powerful Attack Pattern Alpha, the fun drones and turrets Engineering gets, and sci-ships are fairly laid by the wayside and forgotten by cryptic. But it is so fun to smack a escort or a tank with 8 buffs on with it.

I wouldn't be opposed to having a ship be immune to a second SNB for...say, 30 seconds after the first, though. If you dispel SNB's side-effect with sci-team, 30 seconds should be enough for most of your first set of buffs to mostly recharge.
