Well I'm not sure about the turnrate thing.
As it stands right now, the Raptor need to use a consonle slot to get the Defiant's turnrate while the Defiant needs to use a console slot to get the Raptor's cloaking ability making it rather even.
But Heretic told us 7 months ago they'd fix the turn axis.
