No, not stupid, just predictable. Look at the situation and interpersonal relations in the Prime Universe and reverse them. And what makes things interesting is how to keep consistency in the paradoxes created by simply flipping things (yes is no, possitive is negative). It brings to mind the Liar's paradox.

Evil= stupid? No. Evil=predictable, yes. And that predictability is what makes them easy to defeat and rather borning.
