Honestly if the [Borg] damage of ground weapons were not 100% proc rate, I'd never use them. 15 damage is pathetic when compared to NPC Health values.
I noticed that too, hence the the thread. I wanted to know if it was a per shot or per volley, if it's per shot, it makes those low damage, high volume weapons like Full-Auto rifles and Mini-Guns a
more appealing than they were as the primary fire of the Full-Auto rifle is a three shot burst and would thus do 45 kinetic damage even after the drones have adapted.
