Borg is in since it is a mission reward and a set piece; Theta Vent is still acquired through C-store means last I checked so it's out.....I should probably just make a whole listing of what's in and what's out so as not to confuse people, lol
EDIT: Also, the console ban does NOT extend to weapons, so if you're running the Ferengi missiles or either version of the quads you're good to go.
