If you already own the c-store version it should be FREE. Any ship that's just the same ship with new stats should be FREE.
Nothing less of that is gonna make me buy a fleet ship. It's not about the money, it's about ethics. There's just so many underhanded deals that I can turn a blind eye to. This was the last straw. Guild Wars 2 here I come.
