Yes it say that it is Lifetime active it even shows me my pre-order and the Del Taco codes too. Now i am running into the GM saying that they are giving me a refund and i am not going to be liftime member anymore. Just because i send a ticket to fix the issue with creating a character type i used to have. Why are they doing this to me i can't even call in to someone and fix this issue of the old and new one with my subscription.
