Can the carrier pets have their old 'full impulse back to carrier' speed when ordered under RECALL?

Carriers cannot control the flow of combat or the tempo of their pets if the AI has them flying in silly circles around different targets the moment you change the target. Nor can they use their pets effectively if it takes them 2 minutes crawling back to the carrier.

The speedy return when recalled would fix a TON of control problems we're having with the pets.
